I provide renovation services for flats and houses, with the work planned around your property’s condition, your requirements and the agreed budget. From preparation and removal through to installation and finishing, each stage is clearly set out in your written quotation.
Guide Labour Prices
- 1-Bedroom Flat — from £7,500
- 2-Bedroom Flat — from £10,500
- 3-Bedroom Flat — from £13,500
- 4-Bedroom House — from £18,500
These are starting labour prices for straightforward renovations. Kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation, painting and flooring are all part of this service. The extent of work in each area will be assessed during the free inspection and confirmed in your quotation.
What the Renovation Covers
Kitchen Renovation & Installation
- Removal of existing kitchen units and fittings as agreed
- Installation of new wall and base units
- Fitting standard worktops, handles, plinths and finishing panels
- Installation of the kitchen sink and tap
- Positioning and fitting appliances, with suitable connections as agreed
- Splashback tiling, wall preparation and decoration
- Final adjustments and finishing
Bathroom Renovation
- Removal of existing bathroom fixtures and finishes as agreed
- Preparation and minor repairs to walls and floors
- Waterproofing of wet areas where required by the agreed installation
- Wall and floor tiling, or suitable wall-panel installation
- Installation of the bath or shower, toilet, basin and associated fittings
- Plumbing work within the agreed scope
- Ceiling preparation, painting, sealing and finishing
Interior Painting & Decorating
- Protection of floors, fittings and retained furniture
- Standard filling, sanding and surface preparation
- Painting walls and ceilings
- Painting internal doors, frames and skirting boards
- Decoration of built-in cupboards where agreed
- Final touch-ups and a tidy finish
Flooring Installation
- Removal of existing floor coverings as agreed
- Inspection of the subfloor
- Installation of laminate or click-vinyl flooring
- Fitting suitable underlay, beading and transition strips
- Cutting around doorways, corners and existing fittings
- Minor door adjustments where required
General Preparation & Finishing
- Agreed non-structural strip-out and preparation work
- Minor plasterboard, wall and ceiling repairs
- Minor carpentry and joinery
- Collection and handling of renovation waste
- Final finishing and work-area clean-up
Materials & Additional Costs
The guide prices are for labour only. Kitchen units, worktops, appliances, bathroom fixtures, flooring, tiles, paint and other materials are priced separately.
Skip hire and waste disposal fees are also separate from the labour price unless expressly included in your quotation.
Major structural work, extensive plastering, significant subfloor repairs, damp remediation and substantial changes to plumbing or electrical layouts require separate assessment and pricing.
Gas work and specialist electrical work must be carried out by appropriately qualified professionals. Any such work will be identified and priced separately.

You will receive a detailed written quotation showing:
- The agreed work in each room
- What is included and excluded
- Labour and material costs
- Any specialist work or disposal charges
