Single Room Labour Prices

Small Room – from £225

A large room may be a living room, dining room or master bedroom.

The guide prices apply to properties in reasonable condition and include standard preparation and labour for painting walls, ceilings, skirting boards, internal doors and built-in cupboards where required.

Materials are not included. Paint, primer, filler and other required materials will be calculated separately according to the size of the property, the selected colours and the products chosen by the customer.

Wallpaper removal, extensive wall repairs, damaged plaster, mould treatment, major colour changes, high ceilings and specialist finishes will be quoted separately.

The final price will depend on the size and condition of the property, the preparation required and the agreed scope of work. A detailed quotation will be provided after inspection.
