Labour Prices from £1,450
I provide kitchen renovation and installation services tailored to the size, condition and requirements of each property.
The starting labour price is based on a small kitchen and can include approximately:
- Installation of up to 4 wall units
- Installation of up to 5 base units
- Installation of up to 3 metres of standard worktop
- Installation of one kitchen sink and tap
- Installation of up to 2 freestanding or integrated appliances
- Connection of a washing machine or dishwasher to existing suitable connections
- Minor adjustments to kitchen units and fittings
- Installation of unit handles, plinths and finishing panels
- Basic wall preparation
- Painting walls and ceiling where agreed
- Installation of a small tiled splashback
- Basic plumbing work using existing suitable connections
- Final adjustments and finishing work
- Clean and tidy completion
Please note that prices start from £1,450 for labour only and apply to a small, straightforward kitchen installation using existing suitable plumbing and electrical connections.
Kitchen units, worktops, appliances, sinks, taps, tiles, paint and other materials are not included. Materials will be calculated separately according to the agreed design and the products selected by the customer.
Additional wall or base units, larger worktops, extensive tiling, major wall repairs, removal of the existing kitchen, waste disposal and changes to plumbing or electrical connections will be quoted separately.
Gas appliances and specialist electrical work must be installed or connected by appropriately qualified professionals and are not included in the starting price.
The final price will depend on the kitchen size, the number and type of units, the appliances being installed, the condition of the room and the preparation required.
The free inspection includes measuring the kitchen and assessing the walls and ceiling, including surface-condition and moisture testing where required.
